David Pecusa was raised on a Hopi Reservation in Northeastern Arizona. After high school, David moved to Phoenix and worked his way up in food service. One day, in a park in Phoenix, he had an epiphany: he needed to move back home and, following the lessons taught by his grandfather, take up farming.
